Originally from Czechoslovakia, our family brings the old world tradition to brewing beer...no... brewing Lagers to America. The Bohemian Brewery brews by the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) and brews many Lagered Beer. Unlike young beer like British/American Style Ales which are only allowed to ferment for 2 or so weeks at higher temperatures, we ferment our lagers at lower temperatures for a minimum of 3 and a half weeks followed by a 4 week aging and lagering process allowing for natural carbonation to occur giving a crisp, clean finish with full body.
